POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN
King Edward Hotel accepts a maximum of one child up to the age of twelve sharing a classic room with their parents on a complimentary basis, subject to availability.
From the age of thirteen and over, a separate room must be reserved for family members.
Breakfast is complimentary for children up to the age of twelve.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding groups and high demand periods)
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges (excluding groups and high demand periods)
• Individual reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the expected day of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• No shows will be charged the full value of the accommodation booked
• Early departures will be levied at full rate of the stay booked.
• Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
